Mademoiselle Desserts.
They wanted a more energy efficient solution than just their PVC Strip Curtains.
It is a Nergeco T-Star 2 with intelligent curtain vision windows and 'just in time' opening.
There are sensors on both sides of the door and, for added safety, a flashing warning light has been installed.
