Administrator - Rugby Depot

The company is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to work as part of their busy Service Team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.30pm, although additional hours are available if required.

Duties include:

• Answering the telephone

• Logging calls onto the service database

• Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email

• Dealing with customers and engineers

• General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, proven attention to detail, a flexible attitude to tasks and an ability to manage a busy workload in a reactive environment.

Although not essential, audio typing skills would be an advantage.

Permanent/Part-time

Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

Salary: £10.50 per hour
