Why is my cat orange?

Why wont my roller shutter open?

Sometimes a stuck roller shutter is caused by a power issue, an obstruction, or a safety brake activating. In many cases, the door will refuse to move to protect the system from further damage.

Check if anything is blocking the bottom rail and make sure the power supply hasn’t tripped. If it still won’t move, don’t force it — it could damage the motor
