Going above and beyond industry standards
In the industrial door sector, it is often the industry standard on receiving an emergency callout to reach the premises in question within 4 hours of receipt of the call. Here at Stanair, we take great pride in providing only the best in our services, which is why we aim to slash that callout time by 50%, reaching your premises in 2 hours instead of 4, and often sooner.

We understand the importance of keeping to our word, which is why we regularly analyse and log our emergency callout response times to make sure we’re still delivering only the best service. We’re delighted to share with you that in our most recent analysis for the month of August, 100% of all emergency jobs were responded to within the agreed response time. Even better news, the average response time was 46.3 minutes and 44% of all the emergency jobs were responded to within half an hour.
