Team BRIT showcased during the Invictus Games
Stanair sponsored Team BRIT featured on BBC1

The world has just witnessed this year’s Invictus Games, an international adaptive multi-sport event created by Prince Harry. The games, now in its’ third year, is made up of armed services personnel who have been wounded in the line of duty, who all compete in a whole host of sports, such as wheelchair tennis or sledge hockey.

As part of the Invictus Games coverage, the BBC sent a crew to visit Team BRIT at Snetterton and find out more about what they’re all about. Team BRIT are a competitive motor racing team, made up of four drivers who have sustained serious injuries during active service, who compete against other able-bodied teams on a level playing field. Stanair have supported the team since their launch and are continuing to do so into 2018.

“From the first time we met Team BRIT, we were incredibly inspired by the skill and determination of the whole team,” said Martin Wall, Director at Stanair, “we’re incredibly proud to support the team and it’s fantastic to see them receive such great coverage on the BBC as part of the Invictus Games.”
