Stanair has been proud to support Team BRIT, a competitive motor racing team consisting of disabled drivers, since their creation. We were very excited to receive news in our second year of supporting them of a new racing venture for the team…
The team announced that they are stepping up to GT racing, revealing a new Aston Martin Vantage! The full-spec Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 was unveiled in February by Damon Hill, along with exciting plans to compete in races such as the Le Mans Festival in support of the famous 24hr race.
“We’ve been proud to support Team BRIT in their journey so far, the whole team are incredibly inspirational,” said Martin Wall, Director at Stanair, “to see them grow so quickly has been wonderful and we’re looking forward to our continued support.”
The wonderful work of the team hasn’t gone unnoticed, with their efforts being covered in local and national media, including last year’s Invictus Games. The team will carry on competing in the Fun Cup UK Championship alongside a selection of GT4 races, taking them one step closer to their goal of competing in the Le Mans 24 hour endurance race by 2020.
