Standard:
An electro-hydraulic barrier with beam length up to 4 metres, up to 70% duty cycle and operating speeds between 3 and 8 seconds. Specifically designed for traffic management in small to medium applications, where heavy but not continuous traffic is experienced. The standard range also offers an articulated beam format and can be fitted with a skirt for additional security.
Rapid:
An electro-hydraulic barrier with beam length up to 4 metres, 100% duty cycle and operating speeds between 2 and 3 seconds. Fast and reliable - under 2 seconds for barriers up to 3 metres, this system remains versatile enough for all traffic volumes. In heavy traffic, the Rapid format enables uninterrupted flow by virtue of its self-regulating oil control. Rectangular or round profile beams are available for the unit.
Super Rapid:
This Super Rapid electro-hydraulic barrier with beam length from 3 metres to 7 metres and 100% duty cycle will operate at a speeds between 0.8 seconds and 8 seconds. This range is ideal for heavy traffic management and larger commercial applications. Bottom skirts can be fitted up to 7 metres in length and top and bottom skirts up to 5 metres. Stainless steel housing for increased corrosion resistance is optional.
Sliding Gate
Sliding Gate Systems:
Our sliding gate operators are designed to combine long term reliability together with ease of use. Features across the ranges include obstruction sensors; power failure over-ride and automatic locking. Nearly all operators have their gear box immersed in oil and most models have partial opening as a feature. The sliding gate system would be suitable for gates ranging from 300kgs to 3,500kgs and from 10 metres to 50 metres in length.

Driveway Gates:
The material used in the manufacture of the gates is steel hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 146. Constructed from 40 x 40 mm frame bottoms, hinge and centre stiles, 40 x 10mm flat frame tops, 20 x 20mm infil bars, and 16 x 16mm lower dog bars. Driveways are available in 10ft and 12ft standard sizes which are adjustable by up to 6" in width with matching 1m wide pedestrian gates as an optional extra. These come complete with a Euro profile M470 latch and deadlock facility. Steel Gate posts (120mm x 120mm x 2500mm) are also available. All driveway gates are supplied fully finished in black polyester powder coating, hand touch finished in gold effect with heights ranging from 1630mm to 1980mm and weights ranging from 50kg to 90kg for a pedestrian gate and between 170kg and 288kg for a main entrance gate.

You can choose from hydraulic operators or electro-hydraulic operators and these operators are ideal for all traffic applications from residential and commercial to heavy traffic. This applications is suitable for gates from 1.2 metres to 7 metres per leaf with a maximum weight of 800kgs.
