Stanair picks Northamptonshire company with the best customer service
Great customer service is a core principle of Stanair – and now the company has picked other Northamptonshire companies that deserve to be recognised.
Representatives from the company helped to judge the recent customer service award at the 2010 Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards.
Working Links Northampton was picked as the winner. The organisation helps long-term unemployed people get back into work.
It is part of a national organisation that has helped over 150,000 people to change their lives over the last 10 years by supporting them into employment.
The judges said: “The Working Links team has recently undergone a mystery shopper programme and the judges were shown the results which were an impressive 99.4% pass rate.
“The enthusiasm of the staff and their attention to detail could be seen during the judges’ visit. One to one meetings were in place along with group meetings in relation to CV writing and a tailored specific course for the retail sector was also being delivered.”
The runner up in the awards was Wicksteed Playscapes, The judges said: “During the visit Wicksteed was able to demonstrate a summary of customer satisfaction surveys and, in particular, how they assisted and helped their customers with funding through grant finder and grant net schemes.”
It was the 20th anniversary of the awards, which this year were hosted in Daventry by comedian Simon Evans.
Stanair has been involved for several years. Last year it picked Eurocontinental Logistics as its Team of the Year. In earlier years of the awards Stanair was a regular winner.
