Kettering depot helps food factories extend with flexible PVC walls

Following on from Stanair helping Ashbury Chocolates extend its premises, engineers from the Kettering depot are installing flexible PVC walls for two more food factories.
The new internal walls are being fitted at Tilleys boiled sweets factory in Thrapston and Phoenix Foods in Corby.
In both cases, the walls provide a divide between production lines for different products.
This allows the factories to safely produce different products without having to invest in larger facilities.
The PVC wall at Phoenix Foods will take just one day to install.
Meantime at Tilleys an existing PVC wall is being moved and new support steelwork being put in place, in a contract that will take about four days to complete.
The beauty of PVC walls is that they are quick to install and can be relocated as the production needs of the facility change.
