Danny passes his exams a year ahead of his class

A trainee door engineer working for Stanair’s Rugby depot has passed his exams a year ahead of the rest of his class.

22-year-old Danny Drakeford finished his Level 3 certificate in Engineering, Installation, Commission and Maintenance with a credit.

And he did it in just two years instead of the usual three.

Danny has been sponsored through the course by Stanair, which gave him every Monday off to attend Warwickshire College.

Stanair is famous for investing in its people. It continues to hold the Investors in People standard and has won a national Training Award.
