Stanair meets the high standards required to join the Automatic Door Suppliers Association

Automatic Door Suppliers Association (ADSA) has welcomed Stanair Industrial Doors as an associate member.

Stanair – one of the longest established industrial door companies in the UK – had to pass a series of stringent checks before being accepted.

And it is one of only 36 companies in the UK privileged to be a member.

Its engineers have committed to a strict code of practice when recommending, supplying and installing automatic doors.

Stanair’s engineers must:

Check the installation complies with British Standard 7036 1996 covering safety of powered doors for pedestrian use
Ensure the installation meets the guidelines laid down by ADSA. These cover both the provision and fitting of safety devices
Demonstrate the installation meet the provisions of BS 5588 covering fire precautions in the design, construction and use of buildings
Offer the required after-sales support, including a long-term maintenance agreement

Stanair will now be able to display the ADSA logo on its website and printed materials.
