Stanair gets a client out of a tricky situation with time to spare
The team at Stanair’s Milton Keynes depot has rescued a client with a broken industrial door – and an unscheduled inspection from their main customer.
The client rang Stanair late on Friday afternoon to say they had just learnt they were to be inspected by their customer first thing on Monday morning.
But they had a broken industrial door – fitted by a competitor of Stanair several years ago – which had stopped working properly.
And they knew that would cause a major fail during the inspection.
A Stanair engineer was on site within an hour to assess the door, and a team spent the best part of Saturday repairing it.
It worked perfectly for the 9am Monday morning inspection, which Stanair’s client passed with flying colours!
