A well-known confectionery manufacturer in Northamptonshire is maximising the amount of production space in its factory thanks to a new installation by Stanair.
Tilleys Sweets in Oundle Road, Thrapston has had a dividing curtain installed by a team from the Kettering depot.
This allows additional production space to be gained by dividing an over-large warehouse.
The curtain stretches from floor to ceiling for the full width of the warehouse.
It has two openings for personnel access to the new production area.
The translucent curtain provides maximum light in the windowless production area while obscuring the distracting warehouse activities from the production machine operators.
Tilley's was established in Bedfordshire in 1885 by Francis Tilley. The company makes traditional English sweets of the highest quality.
Stanair can help any business maximise its available space, with a wide range of operable walls and accordion partitions.
