Stanair rescues another industrial door client from an emergency situation
The engineers at Stanair’s depot in Kettering have come to the rescue of a new client with a broken industrial door – that was essential for day-to-day operations.
The client, a major local manufacturer, made an emergency call to Stanair when the door stopped working. It had not been previously serviced by Stanair.
Emergency engineers discovered that the barrel that the roller wraps around had collapsed and would need to be replaced.
Because the door was critical to continued operations, Stanair was able to pull out all the stops to get it working again in the fastest possible time.
A new barrel was ordered and manufactured by Stanair’s trusted supplier in just one day.
And then three Stanair engineers spent 12 hours in one day installing and testing the new barrel. It meant the client was able to continue manufacturing operations in the fastest possible time.
