Stanair judges Northamptonshire Team of the Year again
Stanair is once again supporting a major business awards ceremony in Northamptonshire.
For the third year running, Stanair is sponsoring the Team of the Year award in the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards 2009.
Entries closed last week (Friday 9th October). And now the management team of Stanair will be judging all the entries to pick the finalists and overall winner.
They do this by visiting each of the finalists in person to meet the team and see how they operate.
It’s a time consuming way to judge, but ensures that Stanair always picks the most effective and focused team.
The judges will be looking for a team of three or more people who have made a significant improvement to their business.
The entrants will need to demonstrate a commitment to team working, and that everyone in the team understands the goals of the business and how to work together to achieve them.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by comedian Jason Manford, at the Barceló Hotel in Daventry on Thursday 26th November.
The Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards is organised by the Northampton Chronicle & Echo and Northants ET newspapers, and first started in 1990.
Before becoming part of the judging team, Stanair won a number of the awards, including three in one evening in 2003.
Last year Stanair awarded the Queen of Hearts Nursery School in Kettering as the Team of the Year winners.VAT registration number 121807693.
