- Our unique sub-zero door Rapi-Lux Model F launches a new breed of "Rapid Action" temperature control door solutions for frozen areas.
- Every component is specially designed to function in minus temperatures ranging down as low as -30ºC.
- Rapi-Lux Model F will significantly reduce energy lost during the transfer between freezer and ambient conditions.
Total Efficiency:
Rapi-Lux Model F has an instant 1 metre per second action in both the opening and closing motion. The virtual seal created when closed is sufficient to maintain insulation between the two temperatures. Most heat contamination occurs when a door is opened for a period time. The less this period is, the less your freezer units will have to correct the temperature change. Maximum size: 4500mm x 4500mm.
Reliability:
Past attempts by companies to produce such a door have been unsuccessful due to malfunctioning parts, brittle curtain material, or ice build up all due to the severe operating temperature. Each leg of the Rapi-Lux Model F is automatically heated to prevent ice build up when required. The four integrated photocells which form the safety of the door have heated optics. All parts and materials conform to all European Safety Regulations.
